Check the function of the shared
BladeCenter unit resources (see “Solving
shared BladeCenter resource problems” on

Make sure that the room temperature is
not too high. See “Features and
specifications” on page 2 for temperature
information.
SAS hard disk
drive error
On the blade server system board: A
blade-server hard disk drive has failed.
Run the hard disk drive diagnostic tests (see
“Dynamic System Analysis diagnostic
programs and messages”). If the drive passes
the diagnostics test but the drive continues to
have a problem, replace the hard disk drive
with a new one (see “Removing a SAS drive”
on page 35 and “Installing a SAS drive” on
page 36).

IBM Dynamic System Analysis (DSA) Preboot is a system information collection
and analysis tool that is used by IBM service and support personnel to aid in the
diagnosis of system problems.
