2 Select for Activation
From the Cryptographic Coprocessor window
1. Select a
CP
from the list.
2. Select
Select for next activation
3. Select the drop down arrow to select a
Cryptographic Configuration.
4. Check
Auto initialize
5. Select
Save
6. Select
Enter
7. Select
OK
8. Repeat this process until all Cryptographic
Coprocessor activations have been saved.
9. Remove the diskette from the "A" drive.
10. Select
Cancel
to exit Cryptographic
Configuration.
Advise the customer to store the diskette in
a secure area.
11. If working from an Hardware Management
Console with multiple CPC defined return
to “Establishing a CPC Console
Connection” on page 6-26 and repeat until
all Cryptographic Coprocessor
Configurations have been saved.
Note:
Inform the customer that the cryptographic
coprocessor configurations have been
loaded and queued for the next activation.
It is the customers responsibility to load the
keys.
