Installing Internal Drives
SCSI IDs
For all hot-swap servers:
Fast/Wide (16-bit) devices support SCSI IDs 0 to 15
Narrow (8-bit) devices support SCSI IDs 0 to 7
The processing sequence for SCSI devices proceeds from the lowest
SCSI ID to the highest (0 to 6, then 8 to 15).
Refer to the instructions that come with the SCSI devices for
information about setting a SCSI ID.
