Install
Eyebolts
and
Frame
Note:
Before
the
rack
can
be
attached
to
the
raised
floor,
the
customer
must
install
four
eyebolts
for
each
rack
system
into
the
concrete
floor
below
the
raised
floor
environment.
For
a
single
frame
installation,
four
1/2-inch-13
subfloor
eyebolts
should
be
secured
to
the
subfloor.
The
internal
diameter
of
the
should
be
1-3/16
inches.
The
minimum
workload
limit
of
each
eyebolt
should
be
1227.4
kg
(2700
lbs).
The
minimum
height
of
the
center
of
the
internal
diameter
of
the
eyebolts
from
the
surface
of
the
subfloor
should
be
2.54
cm
(1
in.).
The
maximum
height
should
be
6.4
cm
(2.5
in.).
Higher
than
6.4
cm
(2.5
in.)
can
cause
excessive
lateral
deflection
to
the
tie
down
hardware.
To
install
the
frame,
do
the
following:
1.
Power
off
the
system,
and
ensure
that
all
cables
and
connectors
are
disconnected
and
are
not
dangling
around
the
frame.
The
frame
should
be
free
to
roll.
2.
Remove
the
nut,
pin
(some
turnbuckle
assembly
may
not
have
a
pin),
and
the
spacer
from
the
lower
jaw
of
the
turnbuckle
assembly.
