Use this step to reuse the existing undamaged gray-colored TIM and heat sink.
a.
Using the tweezers, move the old processor's TIM from the clean, dry surface and center it onto
the new system processor module. The gray-colored TIM has no preferred up side. The
gray-colored TIM can be placed on the processor and centered as shown in Figure 138.
b.
Place the heat sink on the TIM as shown in Figure 139 on page 119.
