If you are working on a clustered site, your problems may be caused by a

rewall between your
computer and one of the machines you are using. If you do not know whether there is a
fi
rewall,
check with your system administrator. If there is, you may need to open a port on the
fi
rewall,
allowing you to connect to the machines on the other side.

Open Control Panel and choose:

On the Exceptions tab, click
Add Port
