Make
sure
that:

securely
connected
to
the
server,
the
keyboard
and
mouse
or
pointing-device
cables
are
not
reversed,
and
the
device
drivers
are
installed
correctly.

The
server
and
the
monitor
are
turned
on.

Keyboardless
operation
has
been
enabled
in
the
Configuration/Setup
Utility
program.
2.
If
a
USB
hub
is
in
use,
disconnect
the
USB
device
from
the
hub
and
connect
it
directly
to
the
server.

Reseat
the
following
components:

Mouse
or
pointing
device
b.
I/O
board

Replace

components

at
a
time,
in
the
order
shown,
restarting
the
server
each
