Guidelines
The
fallback-user
command allows a locally-defined user to be a fallback user.
Invoke the
fallback-user
command for each fallback user.
This command is relevant when the
fallback-login
command is
restricted
.
Use the
no fallback-user
command to remove a user from the list of fallback users.

Specifies the LDAP prefix to add to the user name to form the DN.

Parameters
prefix
Specifies an LDAP prefix.
Guidelines
The
ldap-prefix
command specifies the string to add as a prefix to the user name
to form the distinguished name (DN) for LDAP authentication. The LDAP prefix
and the user name are separated with a comma, and both are included within
quotes.
For example, if the LDAP prefix is
cn=
and the user name is
Bob Smith
, then the
beginning portion of the DN is
cn=Bob Smith
.
This command is relevant only when the
au-ldap-search
command is
off
.
