Removing a Zip Diskette during a Power Failure
Attention: You must turn off your computer and all attached
devices before using the emergency diskette-eject hole.
If you must remove a Zip diskette from the drive during a power
failure, access the rear of the Zip IDE drive and push a straightened
paper clip into the emergency diskette-eject hole

just above the power connector, as shown below.
Do not forcibly remove the Zip diskette from the drive. If the diskette
does not eject immediately, try the emergency diskette-eject procedure
again.
