point. Because you are not shutting down, you need to restore CP’s access to the
parm disk.

Before you begin:

You need to log on as MAINT.

Perform these steps to restore the primary parm disk:

Release MAINT’s access to the parm disk.

Change MAINT’s read/write access to read-only.

Restore CP’s access to the parm disk.
