Antenna
Use only the S SERIES Security Phone designed antenna. Unauthorized antennas or
modifications could damage the phone, violate the appropriate regulations and lead to
malfunction.
Efficient Use
Hold the S SERIES Security Phone as you would for any other phone. Do not hold the
antenna when the phone is in use. Holding the antenna affects call quality, may cause the
phone to operate at a higher power level than needed and shorten talk and standby times.
Radio Frequency and SAR
Your mobile phone is a low radio frequency transmitter and receiver. When the phone is
turned on, it receives and transmits radio frequency energy. S SERIES Security Phone
conforms to the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP)
recommendations and international exposure standards which sets limits for exposure to RF
fields from handheld mobile phones.
SAR is the body radio frequent energy absorption measurement when using mobile phone.
SAR is the tested highest quality value in lab and the mobile phone is designed to connect to
network with the lowest required energy, therefore the SAR absorption value is far under the
