TESTS : Verification of START AUTHORISATION by voltage range [5/27+59]
CONNECTION
Protection verification
Voltage generator connected to terminals 21-19
No voltage coefficient of correction.
Sequence of operations to be performed
Results to be obtained
Voltage range unit check
Check of operating levels U> and U<
Put into service the protection, and route it to a chosen unit.
Note the values of operating levels
U> and U<
Gradually increase the voltage up to operating level
U>
Gradually decrease the voltage down to operating level
U<
If necessary, check value U31 on the display during injection.
Check of authorisation time-delay tU (U> and U<)
This time-delay is put into serviced during return to the authorised range.
Changeover to the inhibited range is slightly timed to
about 0.3 s
.
Preset the voltage to within the range formed by the 2 operating levels.
Cut off the injection (Operating level
U<
passed).
Restore voltage.
the Start Function indicator LED illuminates when the
displayed operating level is reached.
the Start Function indicator LED illuminates when the
displayed operating level is reached.
Instantaneously (
about 0.3 s
) :
The selected relay must be energised,
The Start Function and Inhib. Start Mot. indicator
LEDs must illuminate,
The display must set to U31.
At the end of the adjusted time-delay
+ 0.2 s approx.
The relay must be released,
The Start Function and Inhib Start Mot. indicator
LEDs must go off.
The user is warned that start is inhibited by the indicator
LED, and the display sets to the value related to this
inhibition.
The indication in the "Start inhibit status" chapter shows
that the inhibition is given by this function. (1 = inhibit, 0
= authorisation).
