2.4 Alarmas de la máquina
En caso de que la máquina falle, en esta ventana se emite las alertas
de fallo, y son las siguientes:
PUERTA ABIERTA
SISTEMA BLOQUEADO
FALLA PRESIÓN
ALTA
FALLA PRESIÓN
BAJA
CAUSA PROBABLE
SOLUCIÓN
1.
Por seguridad la máquina no puede
trabajar con la puerta abierta.
1.
Cerrar la puerta para continuar.
(En caso de estar cerrada y aún así aparece
la alarma, contactar a su distribuidor).
Enfriada por agua:
1.
Problemas con la torre de
enfriamiento: está apagada, bajo nivel de
agua, falta de manetenimiento (sarro).
2.
Falta de suministro de agua.
Enfriada por aire:
1.
Falta de ventilación.
2.
Temperatura ambiente alta.
3.
Falta de mantenimiento del
condensador.
4.
Ventilador dañado.
Enfriada por agua:
1.
Revisar la torre de enfriamiento, veri-
ficar que este encendida, llena de agua,
de ser necesario dar mantenimiento.
2.
Revisar el suministro de agua.
Enfriada por aire:
1.
Colocar la máquina en un espacio
adecuado donde pueda tener la
ventilación correcta.
2.
Bajar la temperatura ambiente a los
niveles adecuados para la máquina.
3.
Revisar que el condensador se
encuentre libre de polvo o basura que
obstruya el flujo.
4.
Buscar asesoría técnica.
1.
El helado se congeló.
2.
Fuga de gas
1.
Retirar el helado, esperar unos
minutos a que se borre la alarma.
2.
Si la máquina no enfría, el helado no
sale con la consistencia adecuada y se
protege constantemente con esta alarma,
es probable que haya una fuga de gas,
en este caso requiere soporte técnico.
