Do not purge refrigerant to the atmosphere. Capture
refrigerant using recovery equipment. Follow the
manufacturer’s recommendations.

use of contaminated refrigerant. Damage
resulting from the use of contaminated refrigerant
is the sole responsibility of the servicing company.

Replace
the
liquid
line
drier
before
evacuating and recharging. Use only a Icetro

) liquid line filter drier to prevent voiding the
warranty.
CONNECTIONS
These ice machines are critically charged.
Use the low
side access port to add and/or remove refrigerant.
1. Locate the low side process tube.
Important
• Unit is critically charged. Nitrogen must be purged
through the system while brazing to prevent build up
of copper oxide in the refrigeration system.
• Manifold gauge set must be removed properly to
ensure that no refrigerant contamination or loss
occurs. Low loss fittings are recommended for the
low side connection.
