Before installing the hardware, please take the following steps:
Ensure that your PC or laptop has been switched off and is unplugged from the mains.
Connect the cables with the help of the diagram below.
1. Button for removing the hard disk
2. for 2.5” Hard Disk
3. for 3.5” Hard Disk
4. Power LED
5. On/off switch
6. Connection for power adapter
7. USB connection
8. eSATA connection

Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and MAC OS 10.3 or higher
Connect the interface cable to the computer, the system will recognise the hard drive
automatically. After installation, the hard drive can be found in “My Computer”.
Note: Never remove the hard drive without first clicking on “Safely Remove Hardware”.
The device may still be in use. Unsafe disconnection of the hard drive may cause data
loss.
