Make sure that the front edge of the Right Foam Grip
(75) is under the Console Base (81) as shown.
Tighten
a 3/4” Tek Screw (67) into the right side of the Right
Foam Grip. Note: It may be necessary to pull the Right
Foam Grip outward slightly (see arrow A) to align the Tek
Screw with the hole in the post.
Attach the Left Foam Grip (not shown) as described in
step 5 and this step.

6. Identify the Right Foam Grip (75), which has a
large
cutout
in the left side for the Pulse Bar (76). Slide the Right Foam
Grip as far as possible onto the post on the Right Upright
(69). (Note: It may be helpful to apply soapy water to the
post.)
Make sure that the tab on the Right Foam Grip is
inserted into the Console Base (81).

8. Attach the Console Back (88) with nine 3/4” Screws (87)
and four 3/4” Tek Screws (67) as shown.
Start all of the
Screws before tightening any of them; be careful not
to overtighten the Screws.

5. Set the console assembly on the Right Upright (69) and
the Left Upright (not shown).
Be careful not to pinch any
wires.
Start all four 1 1/4” Tek Screws (33) (two are
shown) into the console assembly, but
do not tighten
them yet.
See step 3. Firmly tighten the two Pulse Bar Bolts (78)
and the two Crossbar Bolts (77).
Position the console assembly so that when the four 1 1/4”
Tek Screws (33) are tightened, they will be centered in the
slots. Tighten the four Tek Screws;
be careful not to
overtighten the Tek Screws.
