STEP 3 :
1. Attach the swing tubes (24L/R) onto the
handlebar post (15) with hex head bolt (22),
spring washer (6), flat washer (23), do not
tighten them first.
2. Attach the pedal support tubes (41) to the
crank (53) with nylon nut (45), flat washer
(46) and undee washer (60), now you can
tighten the hex head bolt (22).
3. Attach the pedals (42) to the pedal support
tube (41) with hex head bolt (39), washer d8
(36) and nylon nut (37).
Note: The pedal support
tube can be adjusted to and
fro.
STEP 4 :
1.
First pass the Pulse wire
(8) through the holes of computer bracket,
then fix the Handlebar (7) on the Handlebar
post(15) with Bolts (5) and Spring washers
(6), finally cover the Handlebar cover (4).
2.
Tighten the L/R Handlebars (17) to
the L/R Swing tube (24) with Nylon nuts (37),
Arc washers (20) and Square neck bolts
(25).
3.
Connect the Pulse wire (8) and Con-
necting wire (11) to the wire of computer.
Then attach the Computer (40) on the com-
puter bracket with Screws (9) and Flat wash-
ers (85).
