STEP  3

Ⅰ.Insert  the  shaft  (39)  to  the  handlebar 

post(2).

Ⅱ.  Attach  the  left  and  right  Swing  tube 

(6L/R) to the shaft (39) with Hex bolt (28), 

spring washer (27), wave washer (23) and 

Flat  washer  (26),  But  don’t  tighten  them 

first.

Ⅲ.Attach the left pedal support tube (5L) to 

the Crank (21L) with Hex bolt (28), Spring 

washer (27), Spacer (22), Flat washer 

(26), and Wave washer (23), don’t tighten 

them first. The same way fix the Right Ped-

al tube (5R) to the Crank (21R)

Ⅳ.Connect the swing tube (6L/R) and ped-

al support tube (5L/R) with hex bolt (36), 

and nylon nut (37), and then lock the hex 

bolt  (28)  and  hex  bolt  (36),  finally,  cover 

the end cap (29),(30),(35),(38)

Ⅴ. Attach the Pedal (10L/R) to the Pedal 

tube (5L/R) with hex bolt (34), flat washer 

(32) and nylon nut (33).

STEP  4

Through the Pulse sensor wire (46) to the handle-

bar post (2) and then attach the fixed handrail (8) 

to the handlebar post (2) with hex bolt (47) arc 

washer(41) and Acorn nut (40).

Attach the handlebar (7L/R) to the swing tube 

(6L/R) with bolt (42), Arc washer (41) and Acorn 

nut (40).
