OPERATION

Using the appliance with beaters or dough hooks;

• Use beaters for mixing, beating, whipping and creaming   
  liquids and mixtures.
• Use dough hooks for mixing and kneading dough.

Fitting the beaters or dough hooks to the 

appliance;

• Switch the appliance off.
• Put beaters and dough hooks into place (L, R) of main body   
  properly. There are small and big circles on dough hooks. 
  Plug dough hook with big circle into hole with (L) sign and use other hole with (R) 
  sign for dough hook with small circle.
• Push and turn the beater or dough hook until it locks into place.
NOTE! Dough might be spreaded over the hook while working, unless dough hooks 
are being placed properly.

Waste Disposal
Dispose of the device according to the environmental regulations applicable in your 
country. Electrical waste must not be disposed of together with household waste. 
Bring the worn-out device to a collection center. The packaging of the device 
consists of recycling-capable materials. Place these, sorted out according to 
material, in the collectors provided, so that recycling can be carried out on them.
For advice on recycling, refer to your local authority or your dealer.
This appliance is compatible with 2002/96/EC WEEE directive.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE

• Before cleaning the appliance, switch the appliance off and unplug it.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and dry well.
• Wipe the main body with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based
  cleaner.
• Do not immerse the main body in water or any other liquid.

REMOVING THE BEATERS OR DOUGH HOOKS;

• After using mixer slide speed setting button until ‘’0 ‘’ position.
• Switch the appliance off.
• Press the “Eject” button.
• Pull the beaters or dough hooks off the main body.

WARNING!

Do not pull the beaters or dough hooks off before sliding speed setting button to 
‘’ 0 ‘’ position.

USAGE OF THE APPLIANCE

• To switch on, slide the speed control switch to one of the positions 1 (lowest speed) to
  5 (highest speed). It is recommended to start at a low speed, and then change to a
  higher speed if necessary.
• To switch off, slide the switch to position “0”.
• Use “Turbo” function button for maximum speed directly. For safety purposes, the
  “Turbo function” cannot be used when the main switch is at “0” position.
• When working with liquids, use a low speed in order to avoid splashing liquid onto the
  appliance.
• Firmly hold the container that you are using with the mixer.
