MIDI Port Filters
This is where you can filter out various types of MIDI messages on each individual
incoming and outgoing MIDI port, and (when applicable for the data type) on individual
MIDI channels.
Select the Port to apply MIDI data filtering to from the column on the left. In this screen
shot, the MIDI DIN port to and from the computer connected to USB Device Jack 1 is
selected.
In the factory default setup, shown here, only Active Sensing Events are being filtered
(it's grey, indicating that filtering is enabled). The MIDI data types at the top of the list,
starting with Pitch Bend, are performance controls that can be applied to individual
channels. Reset Events and the data types below it don't carry channel information.
Remap Type
(top left) selects whether you're filtering the input going to or the output
coming from each Port.
