7.2.2 How to apply the Poll Connection
Poll Command and Responses message move any amount of I/O data
between a Master and its Polled Slaves. The example explains how to apply
the Poll IO connection in the DeviceNet application.
Table 7-4 shows the Poll I/O Connection Identifier Fields.
