Step 6: Check that the message “This device is working properly” is
displayed. If the driver is shown as not working properly, remove it
and then re-install and reconfigure the driver.

: The client programs successfully open the COM port, but fail to
access the device.

: Check the power supply and wiring (RS-232: RXD, TXD; RS-485:
D+, D-; GND) of the device.
