For those boards on which the selectable interrupt jumpers are not
available, IRQ3 is used for Serial Port 2 (COM2).

Parallel Port
The address of the on-board Parallel Port may be set using this op-
tion. The interrupts used by the Parallel Port may be assigned by a
jumper setting on some processor boards. For those boards on which
the selectable interrupt jumper is not available, IRQ7 is used for the
Parallel Port (LPT1).
