4. 1 Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs while using the WB9Z-CU100 Support Tool, please check the following items.
If you cannot resolve the problem, contact our technical support.
4. 1. 1 The communication port is not displayed
Is the WB9Z-CU100 correctly connected?
Check if the computer and the communication unit are correctly connected.
Has the communication port been recognized in Device Manager?
Check communication port to which the communication unit is connected in Device Manager.
Is the device driver installed?
Check that the device driver has been correctly installed.
If the problem is not resolved by trying the above
Try the following procedure.

Exit the WB9Z-CU100 Support Tool.

Turn on the power supply for the communication unit again.
(Turn off the power supply, then turn it back on again.)

Run the WB9Z-CU100 Support Tool.
There are three systems for supplying power to the communication unit: external power, PoE, and the
maintenance port (USB port).
To turn off the power supply, all three systems must be disconnected.
