2.4 Power LED light is OFF
If the LED on the front of MICRO/I does not light up when power is turned ON, it may indicate a problem exists in the
main unit. Contact your vendor or IDEC Corporation.
2.5 POWER LED is lit or flashing
The HG2J-7U indicates its status by the color of the POWER LED and by lighting or flashing.

Lighting Red
Flashing Orange
The POWER LED on MICRO/I keeps lighting
red or flashing orange when power is
turned ON.
It may indicate a problem exists in the main unit.
Contact your vendor or IDEC Corporation.
Flashing Green
The POWER LED on MICRO/I keeps
flashing green when power is turned ON.
• The operating system may be corrupted, please
download the project and update the operating
system. For details, refer to Chapter 24 “2.2
Download Dialog Box” on page 24-14.
• If updating the operating system does not
improve the symptoms,
it may indicate a problem
exists in the main unit. Contact your vendor or IDEC
Corporation.
Lighting Orange
The POWER LED on MICRO/I keeps lighting
orange when power is turned ON.
• Make sure that the RESET switch is not held
down, and then turn the power off and then on
again.
• If the symptoms do not improve after turning the
power off and then on again, the operating
system may be corrupted, please download the
project and update the operating system. For
details, refer to Chapter 24 “2.2 Download Dialog
Box” on page 24-14.
• If updating the operating system does not
improve the symptoms,
it may indicate a problem
exists in the main unit. Contact your vendor or IDEC
Corporation.
