If a command is input from the IP-NINJAR Configurator, “1” is set (fixed).
reserved: Reservation

NJR-TW01UHD:
“2” fixed
NJR-RW01UHD:
“1” fixed
Time: Masking time
0 = OFF (Not ignoring request signals) [Default],
2000 to 15000 = 2 sec. to 15 sec.
Set the value by 1000 ms. If you set a value other than 0 for the lower 3 digits,
these values will be rounded down.
(For example, if you set it to 2955, the monitoring time is set to 2000 ms.)
