Dispense volume fine-adjustment
The dispense volume may increase or decrease slightly when dispense continuously
with a barrel filling with material. Pressing UP key or DOWN key can solve this problem
by changing the shot period to adjust the dispensing volume. This function can be carried out
while other calibrating functions are working in parallel. The fluctuating volume can be allowed
in the setting time
±20%
except for the following case.
1)
If the initial setting dispense time is 0.100 sec or more, it is unavailable to change to
0.099 sec or less.
2)
If the initial setting dispense time is less than 0.100 sec., it is unavailable to change the
dispense time short.
3) If the dispense period is over 99.999 sec.
When changing barrels, fine-adjusted dispensing period is reset. If the adjusted dispense period i
sover ±20% or the dispense time is required to adjust soon after changing the barrels, a data
sampling is required by changing the dispense period and pressure.
