A:
The encoding file is in H.264 format. You need to use a media player or codec that
supports H.264 format, such as VLC, ffdshow, etc.

Where are the AP & SDK & sample code?

AP & SDK & sample code are in the folder which you specify when installing AP. The
default path is C:\Program Files\HDC-701EL.
Q:
The capture cards have the same COM port number when installing multiple capture
cards in my computer.

This situation might occur if a capture card is moved from one slot to another. Please
uninstall the driver and re-install it to solve the problem.
