corresponding connectors on a compatible baseboard.
Step 2:
Gently insert the connectors
. Gently push the embedded module down to
ensure the connectors are properly connected.
Step 3:
Align the heatspreader.
Align the heatspreader with the ICE-9652/9602 making
sure that the three onboard chipsets are in proper contact with the heatspreader.
Make sure the five retention screw holes on of the heatspreader are properly
aligned with the corresponding holes on the COM Express module and
baseboad.
Step 4:
Align the heatsink.
Align the heatsink with the heatspreader. Make sure the
five retention screw holes on of the heatsink are properly aligned with the
corresponding holes on the heatspreader.
Step 5:
Insert retention screws.
Insert five retention screws through the heatsink,
heatspreader, and ICE-9652/9602 to secure them to the baseboard.
