Stand on the middle of the scales. Remain still
and do not hold on to anything until the weight
displayed stops at a constant value.

signals that the data
transfer has begun.

You can now get off the scales.

Wait until the data has been successfully trans-
ferred, which is signalled with
1 short bleep
and
‘0000’
on the display.
If the data transfer does not work, then the scales
signal this with
12 short bleeps
. An
error number
is also shown on the display. Read
‘Error messages of the scales’ on page 33
the cause of the error and how to correct it. After
you have corrected the error, repeat the weighing
process.
If the measurement value is not transferred immedi-
ately following the measurement, it is saved in the
internal memory of the scales (max. 20 measure-
ment values). All values which have been saved but
which have not yet been transferred are then trans-
ferred next time.

If there are more than twenty measurements in
the memory, the oldest values are overwritten.

Battery change
A battery change is necessary if
‘bAtt’
is shown in
the display or if the batteries are defective.
