5.11. Maintenance interface
5.11.1.
Network communication settings
Note
: a basic knowledge of networks is necessary.
1. Switch the power on the gate (ch.5.2. ).
2. Connect a PC to the RJ45 connector of the CPU board by means of an Ethernet patch cable.
3. Set the PC communication parameters:
On the web browser, deactivate the
Network communication mode via Proxy server
.
Set the PC IP address to be in the same range as the gate's address, displayed on the CPU
(192.168.0.85 by default).
4. In the PC web browser, type the gate's IP address.
