1. UNLOADING
The device should be transported in vertical position, and it should be properly secured and packed. The manufacturer
ships the device secured with cardboard angle sections and foil.
2. PROPERTIES OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Purpose
”Sylwia” device is enumerated among self-service cooling displays used to display and distribute salads, starters and des-
serts. The device is particularly recommended as basic furniture in hotel restaurants, canteens and salad bars. ”Sylwia” is
available in the form of rectangular ”island”. It may be placed under the wall or as a decorative device – free standing.
Guaranteed temperature within display cabinets range b2ºC and +8ºC with ambient temperature ranging betwe-
en +15ºC and +25ºC and relative air humidity of up to 60%.
2.2. Description of the device
”Sylwia” display cabinet is equipped with gravitational cooling and is available with internal aggregate. The display cabinet
has automatic defrosting and automatic condensate evaporation. The display cabinet is also equipped with electronic
thermostat optionally cooperating with temperature recording module enabling to record and signal too low and too high
temperature within the device. The device is adjusted to GN containers. Our devices are made according to modern
technologies and have all certi
fi
cates required by law.
