With a chalk line, trace on the surface to be tiled a grid with the spacing and the gaps between tiles (A).
Distribute the fiber points in accordance with the chosen design as detailed on 1.0.3 and mark with spray. Ensure that the
marks are in the joints between the tiles (B).
From the illuminator location, draw the fibers (C) through conduits of suitable size (see 1.0.1) and spread through the
surface to be tiled. Distribute the fibers to coincide with the points marked on the floor (D). At this stage, the fibers should
be 30 to 50cm longer than needed to allow for adjustments and distribution.

Distribuya los puntos de fibra marcándolos con aerosol de acuerdo al diseño escogido (B) según los detalles en 1.0.3.
Desde el emplazamiento del iluminador conduzca las fibras (C) por una canalización adecuada (ver 1.0.1) y distribuya
sobre la superficie a solar. reparta las fibras para que coincidan con los puntos marcados en la superficie (D). En este
punto, las fibras deben ser entre 50 y 60cm más largas para compensar ajustes y distribución.
Set tiles in place (A), pulling the fibers through the space in the joints (B) before tampering down and finish the full surface
repeating the previous steps at every fiber point.
When all the fibers have been installed and the tiling finished, apply grout as usual without damaging the fibers. If the
fibers become coated with grout their light-carrying capacity is not impaired in any way.
After the grout has dried, clean and remove excess.
With a sharp blade, cut the fibers flush with the tile surface and finish following the steps detailed in 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.

repitiendo estos pasos en cada punto de fibra.
Cuando las fibras estén instaladas y el solado acabado aplique la lechada de rejuntado en la forma habitual. No importa
si las fibras se cubren de lechada ya que ello no afecta su capacidad de transmisión de luz. Cuando la lechada haya
secado, limpie en la forma habitual. Con una herramienta afilada, corte las fibras a ras de solería y remate siguiendo los
pasos en 1.1.3 y 1.1.4.
