IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk
of electric shock. The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

7.Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb (lamp).
8. Bulb (lamp) gets HOT quickly! Only contact switch/plug when turning on.
9. Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
10. Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
11. Do not look directly at lighted lamp.
12. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
13. Use only with a 35 watt or smaller bulb (lamp).
14. Do not touch the bulb (lamp) at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage bulb (lamp).
15. Do not operate the portable luminaire with a missing or damaged lamp containment barrier.
16. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.
17. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
18. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades
with one wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide
