Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

Connection between

collar and the unit body

is too difficult to install

Is the cushion mount (the big seal inside the locking
ring) upside down?
Use a couple of drops of dishwasher liquid or cooking
oil to lubricate between the cushion mount and the
locking ring.

Leaking after installed

Find out where the leak is. If the leakage is located at
any joints between the product and other items (e.g.
pipe), re-install the place to stop leakage, use silicon or
thread tape if required. If it is leaking from the product
body, please contact us.

Unit vibrating terribly

A minor vibration is normal due to the nature of this
product. If the vibrating is shaking your sink and bench
top, or the product has suddenly vibrate,  it is generally
because one of the two blades inside the chamber is
blocked by foreign items. Disconnect this product from
the power supply and remove this foreign item.

Motor stopped working

Check power supply;
Check the reset button at the bottom of the product.
Push it in if it has popped out.

Disconnect the product from power, remove the rubber
splash guard from sink drain and check if the turning
pad is blocked. The turning pad should be able to turn
freely either clockwise or anti-clockwise.

If it is jammed, remove the blocked item .
If it is not jammed, call us to make a warranty claim.

Please be aware that in the event of a warranty call for a faulty
installation or user fault, you will be charged as this is not
covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
