4.‐ SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
The workplace must be in perfect order and well illuminated.
Take away from the workplace, any people which are not members of the staff, before start
working.
In order to protect yourself, you must wear safety glasses, gloves, helmet, the appropriate
clothes and boots while you are working.
Do not start the compressor if it is not connected to a proper electric source, grounded, fused
and with the proper voltage.
Do not operate with the machine in places with risk of explosion, or near to hazardous
environments.
Do not bend over your body too much when you are working. Avoid any unusual postures. Be
sure that you are correctly positioned and that you always keep one’s balance.
Bear in mind the influence of the surrounding area. Do not expose your electrical tools to the
rain. Do not use any electrical tools in humid or wet environments. Always protect yourself from
a possible electrical unload, do not never touch any parts with earth connection, for example
pipelines radiators, etc...
Do not overload your tools, the tool will work better and will work in a safe way if it works under
its operating values (nominal specified values).
Use always the compressor with the technical characteristics according to the work which is
meant to be done. Do not use accessories or tools designed for a low power use to realize works
in which more power is needed.
Do not use the electrical cable in an inappropriate way. Do not transport the power tool by pulling
from the cable and do not take the plug out of the power socket by pulling from the cable. Protect
the cable from the heat, oil and sharp edges.
Check regularly the electrical cable and be sure that is not damaged, in case it is damaged, do not
put the machine in service until you change it.
Unplug always the machine from the power socket, if you stop working, while you make any
maintenance work, or while you clean the machine too.
Avoid an accidental start. Do not carry ever any power tool plugged in, with the finger on its
switch, and be always sure that the switch is turned off when you are going to plug the power
tool to the main electrical supply.
Compressed air from the unit may contain carbon monoxide. Air produced is not suitable for
breathing purposes.
This machine gets hot while it is working. Do not ever touch the motor, discharge tubes, or
compressor pump while it is working.
