WARNING! DO NOT mix an amount of ingredients that
exceeds 600 g flour and 400 ml water.
• Insert the plug (4) in the socket.
• Move the speed control lever (1) to position 1 or 2.
• In the middle of the process, move the lever to position 3 or 4.
• Select speed 5 or Turbo to add volume to the mixture.
• disconnect the plug of the appliance (4) from the socket.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply before cleaning or performing maintenance.
• Clean the appliance after having used it.
• remove the whisks (5) or hooks (6) by pressing the eject button (8) [Fig. C].
• Thoroughly wash the whisks (5) and the hooks (6) by hand with hot water and washing-
up liquid or in the dishwasher.
• Clean the motor casing (7) with a well-wrung damp cloth.
• dry well.
USEFUL TIPS
use the flat beaters (5) for smooth mixtures (cakes, custard, whipped egg whites and
cream), and the spiral hooks (6) for tougher mixtures (dough for bread, pizza and pastry for
pies). Gradually increase the processing speed for a smoother mixture.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Should one of the problems indicated occur, adopt the proposed solution:

Once the processing is complete,
the flour is not mixed well.
remove the hooks from the mixture and mix lightly with your hands
working inwards until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Start the processing with the beaters (5) for 1 minute, mixing part
of the flour with the water. Switch the appliance off and remove the
plug from the socket. Change the whisks with the hooks (6) and
continue processing for 2 minutes, pouring all the flour in. Switch the
appliance off, remove it from the bowl and lightly mix it by hand to
work in the flour. Continue processing with the hooks (6) for 1 minute.
The cream is not whipped
properly.
