6. About 3.5 seconds after having pressed the switch-on/stand-by button (8),
the switch-on LED (10) lights up: the appliance is automatically set to the
lowest power level.
7. Remove the handpiece (2) from the base (1).
8. Apply the treatment surface (17) firmly on the skin.
9. Press the pulse activation button (19). The appliance immediately verifies
the skin colour: if the skin colour is fair enough for a safe application, the
appliance emits the light pulse on the skin together with a sound and the
ready-for-use LED (11) goes off. A slight warmth and tingling sensation
may be felt.
Note: if the appliance does not emit a light pulse and the skin colour check
LED (15) flashes, the skin tone is too dark for a safe application. Try to
use the appliance on another part of the body.
10. Remove the treatment surface (17) from the treated area.
11. 3.5 seconds after the previous pulse is emitted, the ready-for-use LED (11)
lights up again.
12. Move the treatment surface (17) to another section. Use the pressure
marks left previously to place the treatment surface on the adjacent section,
avoiding overlapped pulses (See “Covering the entire treatment area”).
13. Repeat the process, starting from point 8, until the entire area to be
treated is covered.
