Outputs.
It is a unipolar relay for controlling the circulator (M1) which is powered when its operation is
requested.
Circulator relay
(K1)
This is a positive square wave signal with a variable ON-OFF ratio
(duty-cycle)
that controls the
fan.
With it, it is possible to vary the air flow to the Venturi pipe and hence the pressure of the gas to
the burner.
Fan
(M20)
Thanks to this signal the boiler’s integrated board is able to communicate with the zones and cascade
regulator.
BUS output
(external optional)
This is a square wave signal detected by a Hall effect sensor fitted in the fan. It enables the integrated
board to measure fan speed and correct it if different from the value required.
Fan speed
With this relay the electric 3-way diverter valve (M30) motor (M) is powered
(optional)
.
It is inactive when there is a d.h.w. request while it is energised with a central heating request.
3-way diverter valve relay
(K2)
It is a 24 V DC signal that indicates energising of the gas valve’s main coils.
Gas valve power supply
(Y1)
It is a high voltage signal
(greater than 15 kV)
that produces an electric discharge at the ends of the
ignition electrodes on the burner.
Ignition electrode
(E1)
It is a signal that, according to the keys selected, displays the operating values and the boiler error
codes.
Display

When this contact opens the board is able to find and display intervention
of the safety thermostat (E4) with an “E12” error code.

Closed = Operation
ON
It is a switch with free contacts that enables operation in the central heating
mode when room temperature is below that requested.
It works on the low voltage circuit.

When this contact opens the board is able to find and display intervention
of the flue thermostat (E6) with an “E12” error code.
