•
First of all select the calibration type from either “Load Calibration“ or “Pressure
Calibration“ mode. We have selected “Load Calibration”
•
The second step is the speed adjustment (KN/s). By using the up and down
buttons you can adjust the calibration speed.
•
Enter the load values by using
button to create calibration points.
•
You can delete the calibration points by using the
button.
•
The first load value should be entered as “0“, then enter the second load value
for the second calibration point.
•
The second point is most important for a healthy calibration. The second point
should be very close to the zero point to equilibrate unstable region.
•
For a more healty and linear calibration you should add a few more points.
•
After creation of all the calibration points, press
button to start
Automatic
Calibration.
•
When automatic calibration starts, the machine automatically comes to the first
calibration point and asks to you enter the actual value, and this process is
repeated one by one for every calibration point.
•
For healthy calibrations points should be close to the calibration line (preferably
the points on the line)
•
If any point is far from the calibration line you can activate the single point
calibration by touching.
By using this button you can calibrate a single point.
•
After completing calibration You can leave this menu by using “Result Saving
Functions Button >>
Operation Mode>>Test Mode“
