• Do not use this appliance before going to sleep. Exposure to light has a stimulating effect and may delay the onset of
sleep.
• Never allow anything to drop into or insert any object into any of the openings.
• Do not use this appliance in a damp environment (in a bathroom, near a shower…).
• Never use this appliance in a room where aerosol products (sprays) are used or in a room where oxygen is administered.
• Do not use the device under a cover or cushion. Excessive heat can cause a fire, electric shock or injury.
• This appliance is designed exclusively for home use. Use of the

is therefore not a medical treatment.
• Never use the appliance in a room which is not lit by another light source as this can lead to eye fatigue. Use this
appliance in additional to normal lighting (daylight or artificial light).
• If you feel any pain while using this appliance, stop using it immediately and consult your doctor.
• We recommend that you do not look at the lamp during your session. Eye pain can be observed during the first sessions;
it should subsequently disappear.
• Consult your doctor prior to using the

if:
- You suffer or have suffered from serious depression;
- You suffer from light hypersensitivity;
- You have eye problems;
- You are taking certain medicines (e.g. certain antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, malaria tablets) that may interfere
with the use of the

- You have high blood pressure.

find out the recommended distance and duration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• It is recommended to use the
DAY LIGHT
during the day and not in the evening.
Installation:
1. Using the base located at the back of the appliance, place your
DAY LIGHT
on a solid flat and stable surface.
2. Plug the flex into the mains socket.
Use:
• You can switch the
DAY LIGHT
on using the (On/Off) button.
• The recommended exposure to the
DAY LIGHT
depends on the distance between you and the lamp as well as the light
intensity selected. It is generally advised to use the appliance for 1 hour at a light intensity of 5,000 Lux. According to
the table below, you can easily calculate the recommended exposure time:
