Indicates that the thermal protection has been activated after intensive use (the machine will turn off for a few minutes)
SETTING UP THE PULSEMIG:
IN « MANUAL » MODE
• Manual mode settings:
In Manual mode, the speed of the wire and the voltage for the
welding can be adjusted using potentiometers A and B.
- Display in Manual Mode (the mode selected will be displayed at
the bottom of the screen).
Before welding:
The speed of the wire is permanently displayed on screen.
During Welding:
The average welding voltage and intensity are displayed.
These values stay on the screen until you change the parameters.
• Advice
The wire speed adjustment is often determined « by the noise »: the arc must be stable and have a
low crackling.
If the speed is too low, the arc is not continuous.
If the speed is too high, the arc crackles and the wire pushes back the torch.
USING THE « SYNERGIC » INTERFACE
The operator may choose between the 2 levels of settings available on the machine depending on his professional expe
-
rience: EASY (simplified synergic) and PRO (fully synergic).
PRO INTERFACE
The top part is used to select the wire diameter, the gas-metal com
-
bination, the welding mode (standard, pulse, manual) and the trigger
mode (2T, 4T).
The icon
allows you to enter the secondary menu of PRO mode.
The icon
allows you to enter the welding process menu and
modify the settings of each stage (pre-gas, hot-start, Upslope, downs
-
lope, burn-back, post-gas). This menu is only available in PRO mode.
In the secondary menu of PRO mode, the settings can be locked
or
unlocked
by the operator in order to be used in EASY mode without
modifying the settings.
To modify the code. (Unlocking code: 0000)
The language selection can be modified or reset

The icon
allows you to save or load the saved settings.
