Lubrication
If the belt begins to run stiffl y, and it is not
because the belt is incorrectly tightened, it
should be lubricated using silicone oil.
Unplug the treadmill and lubricate the plate
beneath it using silicone oil.
Allow the belt to run unloaded for 3 minutes
to distribute the silicone oil.
If the belt runs unevenly
During operation, the belt may run to the
right or left if one of your legs is stronger
than the other. Always try to run in the
middle of the belt.
If the belt drifts to the left, loosen the left
adjustment screw and/or tighten the right
adjustment screw.
If the belt drifts to the right, loosen the right
adjustment screw and/or tighten the left
adjustment screw.
The belt must run at a speed of 6 km/h while
you make this adjustment.
You should only turn the screws a quarter
of a revolution at a time. Do not tighten the
screws too much, as this may damage the
treadmill.
