Problem

Check the following items, and if there still are abnormalities, immediately stop use of the prod

-

uct to prevent accidents, unplug the power plug from the wall outlet, and consult with your local

distributor.

Cause & Solution

People other than servicepersons should

not perform disassembly or repair.

Consult with your local distributor.

The  right  and  left  rollers

are out of alignment.

This occurs because of the structure with the alternate

tapping mechanism adopted, and it is not a malfunction.

During a massage, rattling

sounds will be heard, and

significant  vibrations  will

be felt from the rollers.

This phenomenon occurs when the rollers move to return
to their original positions from over your body or fabric.

After the end of a program,

even when the reclining chair

is  raised,  the  arm  mecha

-

nism  and  foot  slide  move

and stop intermittently.

For  safety  measures  to  prevent  getting  caught,  etc.,

stowing position return is made little by little.

The rollers have

stopped after moving

up to the top.

It is designed so that the rollers move up to the top or

bottom to prevent them from interfering with your body at

the end of a massage by the auto timer function.

The  rollers  stop  during  a

massage.

When an undue force is exerted on the rollers, movements

may stop. Slightly lift your body or lightly raise the reclining

backrest for use. (Extra caution should be exercised when a

person weighing 100kg (220lbs) or more uses the product.)

Even  when  pressing  any

button  on  the  tablet,  it

does  not  work  properly.

Or,  the  power  cannot  be

turned  on.  The  screen  is

motionless.

Make sure to check the following items:

Make sure to check that the power plug is securely plugged into a wall outlet.

Make sure to check that the main power switch directly behind the main unit is on.

Make sure to check for simultaneous pressing of two buttons.

Immediately stop use of the product.

The power cord and/or

plug is abnormally hot.

The following noise types will be heard during use, but these are unavoidable due to the structure

and do not affect performance.

Sound during operation

 Sound during tapping motion

 (Rattling/clattering sound)

Sound of rollers rubbing against the seat cover during kneading motion

 (Squeaking/grinding sound)

Sound of rollers moving up and down/Sound during kneading motion

 (Whirring/rolling/knocking sound)

 Sound during air massage

 (Tapping sound)

 Sound of air pump

 (Booming sound)

 Sound of air discharge

 (Hissing sound)

Sound of the backrest moving up and down

 (Whirring sound)

*

These types of sound will not affect the performance, etc.

If no movements are made or you sense some-

thing abnormal, immediately stop use of the prod-

uct to prevent an accident, turn off the main power

switch, unplug the power plug from the wall outlet,

and ask your local distributor for inspection and

repair.

May result in an electric shock or fire due to current

leakage, short circuit, etc.

In the case of a malfunction of the equipment, do

not repair by yourself, but contact your local dis-

tributor.

May result in a fire, electric shock, or injury.
