To use the ISDN port with SCTP/IUA it must be enabled to tunneling ISDN messages on layer 2
over SCTP/IUA.

31.6 Map MGCP Events to call-progress-tones
MGCP uses “events” to request tone playback on the gateway. There are several dozens of events.
The SmartNode MGCP gateway provides a mapping of configured call-progress-tones to a subset of
these MGCP events. For information on how to configure call-progress-tones, refer to the example
below or to Chapter XX, "Tone Configuration".
