Q: When should I use external power supply?
A: External power supply should be applied when the power
consumption of external devices exceeds the power supplied by
USB ports.
Q: Why cannot I output video signal via this device?
A: Please make sure your computer supports Display Port digit signal
output.
Q: Can HB9001 charge downstream devices, for instance, cellphone?
A: This docking station can only provide standard USB power. We do
not recommend you use it to charge cellphones even if external
power adapter is quoted.
