Formatting roles
Rules when printing a docx file and
Maintaing formatting (docx)
is enabled
o
Text within a paragraph is reformatted to fit the braille page
o
Line breaks are maintained
o
Spaces in beginning of a paragraph are maintained
o
Page break is maintained
o
Tab is replaced with spaces. Number of spaces for each tab is defined in the
settings of Maintain formatting (docx)
Rules for doc, pdf and epub and for docx when
Maintaining of formatting
is
disabled
o
Multiple spaces are replaced with one
o
New paragraph is replaced with new line plus two spaces (indent)
o
Page break is removed
o
Tab is replaced by one space
