Congratulations on the purchase of your new Air Bolt® porta-
ble air compressor. It will allow you to inflate all types of tyres
and inflatable sports equipment quickly and easily.
Please read this user manual carefully and pay close attention
to all the safety instructions before using the product for the
first time. Keep this manual on hand for future use.

USING THE PRODUCT. ITS IMPROPER USE MAY CAUSE
DAMAGE AND INJURIES.
WARNING
- RISK OF BURSTING: Inflate objects in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions. Over-inflating them may cause
them to burst and may result in damage and injuries.
- This compressor is not intended for continuous use. Using it
for a long period of time may cause overheating and damage
to the device. Do not use it for longer than 10 minutes. After
10 minutes’ use, allow the device to cool down for a further
10 minutes.
- If the device is very hot or makes a strange noise, turn it off
and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes.
- Do not use this product in the rain, snow, freezing temperatu-
res or temperatures exceeding 50ºC (122ºF).
- Do not use the compressor for high-pressure tyres like those
used in commercial, agricultural and special vehicles.
- This device is not designed for use by persons (including chil-
dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
who lack expertise and do not know how to use the device, un-
less they are supervised or given instructions on using the de-
vice by someone responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place.
- Always check the product before using it.
- Do not use the compressor if it is damaged, has burnt or
melted parts, is wet or has damaged components.
- Never inhale air from the product or aim the air into the mou-
th, nose, eyes or any other orifice of a person or animal. This
could cause serious injury.
- Always use the product in a well-lit area, away from flam-
mable environments.
- Unplug the device when it is not in use.
- Never unplug the device by pulling on the cable and never
carry it by the cable. Check the cable for signs of wear and
tear, damage and exposed internal wires. Do not expose the
cable to liquids, sharp objects or impacts.
- Do not bend or block the air hose while the compressor is
in use.
- Use only the accessories that are included with the product.
- For your safety, we recommend that you check the pressure
of your tyres regularly using a pressure gauge.
- To increase the power of your Air Bolt® and prevent the car
battery from going flat, we recommend that you switch the ve-
hicle engine on while using Air Bolt®.
- When your Air Bolt® is in use, the high-speed rotation of the
cylinder and the friction produced in the motor housing may
cause the temperature of the device and the air / pressure
hose to increase; this is normal and it is still safe to use the
device.
- If the 12V cigarette lighter socket is not clean, presents con-
ductivity problems or has a blown fuse, Air Bolt® will not work.
To avoid malfunctions, make sure the fuses are in good condi-
tion and the electrical conductivity is correct.
- Do not stare directly at the LED light.

WARNING
After using Air Bolt® for 10 minutes, allow it to cool down
for at least 10 minutes before using it again.

Proper Use
This device has been designed to inflate the tyres of cars, mo-
torcycles and bicycles, balls and small mattresses.
Warning:It may be used in cars, SUVs and vans. It is not sui-
table for large commercial vehicles. It should not be used to
inflate large, heavy tyres such as those found in lorries, trai-
lers, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Connect one end of the power cable to the air pump con-
nector and the other to the 12V cigarette lighter socket in your
vehicle.
• Unscrew the valve cap from the tyre and store it in a safe
place while you inflate the tyre.
• Screw the air hose to the tyre valve in a clockwise direction.
Make sure that the air hose is properly connected to the valve.
If there is a high-pitched sound when you are inflating the tyre,
tighten the connection between the nozzle and the valve to
prevent air from escaping (Figure G).
• Press the ON/OFF button on your Air Bolt®. When the co-
rrect pressure is reached, press the ON/OFF button on your
Air Bolt® again to switch it off. NOTE: In order to correctly
and accurately measure the pressure of the tyres, this should
be done with your Air Bolt® switched off, since the pressure
shown while in use is only intended as a guide.
• NOTE: If the pressure of your tyres needs to be reduced,
this must be done manually, since Air Bolt® does not include
this function.
• Unscrew the air hose, remove the nozzle from the tyre valve
and do not forget to replace the tyre valve cap.
