Select record drive letter.
Select loop recording and the duration if you want to overwrite automatically after the duration set has
passed.
Save drive letter.
Select record channel.
Start or stop recording.
13 Alarm Configuration
The Local Config Management Tab allows the users to configure the alarm output. Click

13.1 Alarm Configuration
The Surveillance Client software allows alarm outputs for three kinds of events viz., Motion Detection, Video
Loss and I/O.
Select the channels for which the alarms have to be configured.
Different event handlers are available for different events.
The event handlers for the Motion Detection are:
Trigger Capture: To capture a snapshot when motion is detected.
Trigger Record: Record for the period specified by „Record Time Length‟ when motion is detected.
Trigger Popup: Pop up the channel for the period specified by „Record Time Length‟ when motion is
detected.
Alarm Sound: Raise an alarm when motion is detected.
The event handlers for the Video Loss are:
