Clean the Controller

Dip soft cloth into a 3-5% neutral detergent 
solution, squeeze it, then clean the stain on 
the surface gently.
Wash the cloth, squeeze it, and wipe the 
surface with detergent.

General Cleaning

Dry the surface gently with a dry cloth.

Allow to air-dry. Do NOT blow dry.

About Cleaning

Note:

 If the issues persist after attempting troubleshooting, please turn off the power switch, 

          unplug the chair, and contact the manufacturer or technician for repair service.

Check if the control is on or not.
